Unser Haus befindet sich direkt in Mittelberg und ist von überall gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Bushaltestelle,  Supermarkt und viele Restaurants sind wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Außerdem ist das Haus der perfekte Startpunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten im Sommer sowie im Winter. In nur 2 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Walmendingerhornbahn, Wanderwege und Pisten.

Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen möchten, können wir Ihnen gerne ein Anreiseticket für den Bus erstellen. Das Ticket kostet pro Person 2,00 € für Erwachsene und 1,00 € für Kinder. Die Tickets senden wir Ihnen per PDF kurz vor der Anreise zu. Mit der Busverbindung von Oberstdorf kommen Sie ganz entspannt ins Kleinwalsertal. Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.

An Ihrem Anreisetag können Sie ab 15 Uhr einchecken. Für frühere oder deutlich spätere Anreisezeiten setzen Sie sich bitte mit uns in Verbindung.

We are providing you with towels, bedsheets and tea towels. Our apartments also come with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a stove (studios come with a smaller stove), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Apart from that are all our bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer. 

Im Sommer ist das Bergbahnticket im Preis inkludiert. So können Sie den gesamten Urlaub lang kostenfrei die Walmendingerhorn-, Kanzelwand-, Ifen-, Heuberg-, Zaferna-, Söllereck- Fellhorn- und Nebelhornbahn benutzen.

Im Sommer und auch im Winter kann der Walserbus bis zur Walserschanze kostenfrei mit der Gästetaxe benutzt werden.

You can pay with debit or credit card as well as in cash. It is also possible to do a bank transfer of the full amount prior to your arrival.

You are welcome to store your equipment in our ski room located in the basement. We also have a shoe warmer available to provide you with comfortably warmed shoes for your next adventure in the morning.

There are several free parking lots available in front of the house. For a small fee you can also rent a parking spot in the underground parking lot (winter: 4,00€ per day, summer: 2,50€ per day).

All our guests can log into our free wifi with as many devices as you wish at no extra cost.

You are welcome to use our washing machine and dryer for a small fee of 3,00€.

If you let us know in advance we are happy to prepare a baby bed, high chair or additional bed for you in the apartment.

If you let us know in advance we are happy to provide you with allergy tested bed linens.

Unfortunately we don't allow any pets in our house, also not on the balcony. We thank you for your understanding.
